Shopping for Frame and Banner Fleet Graphics? My Advice Is: Try It Before You Buy It.

Have you ever ordered something from from a website that appeared to be exactly what you needed, but when it came, the product fell short of expectations?

I think it's safe to say that it's happened to all of us. In this day and age of exploding e-commerce, the opportunity to actually touch a product before we buy it, is becoming a thing of the past.

So how can you be sure that the Frame and Banner Graphic System that you choose is the right one for your needs?

If you are considering multiple products, how can you be sure that you are comparing Apples to Apples?

My Advice is: Try It before You Buy It.

When it comes to Frame and Banner Graphic Systems, there are a variety of ways to achieve that desired "tight as a drum" look. In order to create a smooth finish with non-adhesive vinyl, it requires some version of a tensioning mechanism.

In other words, you have to stretch and hold the vinyl in place to create a wrinkle free graphic.

This tensioning effect is achieved in varying degrees of success by:

  • Spring Loaded Clips
  • Stretching Tools
  • Complicated Pulleys
  • Cranking Straps
  • Sticky Fiberglass Borders
  • and many more.

Many of these methods can be complicated and require special tools or vinyl that can increase the price dramatically.

It is difficult to predict how easy a Frame and Banner System is to install or change just by reading about it. Every company will tell you that their product is the fastest, easiest, and best value on the market. But the only way to truly make that judgement, is to actually use the product and see for yourself how it works.

If you are purchasing a Frame and Banner Fleet Graphic System for example, you will be spending several thousand dollars, plus the cost of installation. That's a pretty big investment to make in a product that you have no real experience with. If you are planning to install the system yourself, then you will need to determine if it is easy enough for you to handle on your own. If not, you may be looking at mounting installation costs and future problems when changing your graphic.

I think it's safe to say most of us would not buy a car unless we test drove it first. We need to see how that car will specifically meet our needs.

So don't make the mistake of not test driving your next Frame and Banner System before you invest your time and money. Tell that company you want to Try It, before you Buy it!
